Try a Tri Swim Wave (age group & junior triathlons): 7:30 start
New to triathlon? Never swam in open water? We’d like to give beginner triathletes only the opportunity to swim in a wave that gives them confidence!

The Try A Tri Swim wave will leave 30 minutes before the first “regular” swim wave thus allowing new swimmers to not have any anxiety of faster swimmers passing them and still be able to finish the race with the majority of the athletes.

NOTE: This swim wave is available only for the sprint distance race and is limited to 75 beginner triathletes in each race.

Make sure to select “yes” on the try a tri swim wave question on the registration form to be included in this swim wave .

USA Triathlon (USAT) Sanctioned Event/License Information

Every participant must either be an annual member or purchase a USAT one-day license fee (during registration) for $12.

Juniors under 18 MUST purchase a USAT annual license.

Patagonia Technical T-shirts
